Bill passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, March 9th, 2018. Beloved husband of 48 years to Deanna. Loving father to Jason (Karen Neal), Nicole St. Amour (Scott) and Lana Berton (Roger). “Quiet” grandpa to Ryan, Parker, Hayden, Jack, Everly and Avy. Son to the late Alexander and Nettie (nee Hawryluk) Kushniruk. Survived by his sister Joanne Marcuzzi (Len). Loved by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill worked for 30 years at Chrysler and retired in 1997. He was a past member of the Knights of Columbus and avid golfer for many years in the Roseland and Lakewood Golf Leagues. Above all he loved fishing, his cottage years at Lake Nippissing and his annual fishing adventures with his best friends. The family wishes to thank the physicians and nursing staff of WRH Ouellette Campus and ICU for their excellent care. A private family service was held and cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration will take place at a later date.
